Our carbonated cleaning solution requires only a fraction of the water used by traditional steam cleaners. This means your carpets dry faster, typically in 1-2 hours.

Pet odors can linger on for months if not treated properly. As urine dries in the carpet and padding, what’s left are millions of concentrated urine crystals that become even more pungent. Many companies just mask this odor with fragrance, but not Chem-Dry. We use a patented system called P.U.R.T.® (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) that explodes the urine crystals and breaks down the enzymes, which gets rid of the source of the odor.

Make sure and check your carpet manufacturer’s warranty. Many manufactures require an annual cleaning or they will void your warranty.
